size is approx:

250/40/15's

so that should be what they are. and 250mm is about 9.84 inches. so these would probably fit on an 8inch wheel but would be better suited on a 9 or 10 inch wheel

 

Price is dirt cheap. Wish they were not not wide.

these would probably fit an 8.5 inch wheel semi decently.
