ok, so im driving along down the road in my EM1 about two days ago and my speedometer suddenly goes to zero, all the rest of the gauges on the cluster still work except, of course, the trip and odometer.

i drove the car the rest of the way to work and back home, at which point my car shut off.

i figured it was a battery problem so i purchased a new one.

that one went dead too.

so now the car wont engage high cam, has no speedometer, and is burning up alternators.

i have checked all grounds and terminals and they seem to be fine.

anyone have any thoughts?
