Default stock type R muffler or rsx type s?

well i got my header installed, along with a test pipe (got rid of bottleneck after the cat) and i have the oem midpipe but a ricer fart cannon on the rear, it sounds great but i am looking to quiet it down

which one flows better the stock usdm type R or the 05-06 rsx type s?

does the rsx bolt up or do you have to weld it on?

hmm, I would also like to know if it can be done.. I am sure worst case you could weld it on.. but does the Type S muffler flow more than the Type R muffler, thats the question!

i would get the type r exhaust. I heard the type r exhaust has a valve that opens up at high rpm.

The dc5 type r has the valve that opens at higher rpms. The dc2 does not.

does it flow as good as an itr or better?
