does anyone know how to take off the stock pedals??

I think you gust screw it into the pedal.

 

i think your wrong.

you have to drill out the rivets from the stock pedals to remove them. you will need a drill bit that fits into the rivet. then you use the screws that come with the mugen pedals to put them on.
