Default Homo SRT-4 Owner

Just Read.....A kid in canada bought a type R for a Winter beater so he doesn't have to drive his glorified Neon in it.

OMG!

Front wheel drive, LSD, low torque in the snow, can't imagine why he'd buy it!

It's not your caR.

I would normally just let that ride but since its a 97, it kinda pisses me off.

At least the Mugens appear to be fake.

If this were a Honda enthusiast who finally got his ITR I might understand a little (though I'd prolly pick up any one of the many cheaper Rs already developing rust for a winter DD). This kid paid good money for a low km R in order to protect his Neon. The sheer brilliance gives me the feeling this caR has a very short life left ahead of heR, one way or another

did you guys even read the thread or just read the title of this thread

the kid never says hes going to daily drive it in the winter, he says he has both cars now, some made mention of what to do in the winter, and he made some smart *** comment because people were giving him a hard time, about how he might drive it in the snow, then made another joke about needing steelies

no where does he ever say he bought the type r to daily drive and drive in the winter so he doesnt have to drive his neon

and so what if he does, the itr actually does really good in the snow, i daily drove my itr, every single day all year round from march of 02 untill a year and a half ago when i blew my motor , and it did great, and theres not one spec of rust on my car anywhere

i never flame on any itr owner.. let alone on anyone. people make their own decisions on what they would like to do with their cars and i could really care less.. yeah sometimes things they do is a bad decision and i have nothing but my own opinion, but i respect theirs at the same time.

still, to everyone OUTSIDE the honda community,
an integra is just an integra, type R or not, $17,000 price tag or not

LOL I use my R to carry around used tires all day (I'm just careful how I arrange them).

I deal used tires so stuff is in the back all the time.
