ls vtec in crx

i have got 1991 crx si with a ls vtec and pr3 ecu and it will not run all it does is hit a lick and die can anybody help

im guessing that lick=click but if ur trying to start it up and u hear a loud click and everything shuts off then u have a grounding issue

i have a b18c1 block obdo b16 head but the dizzy plugs are obd1. i have obdo injecktors on the resistor box i just dont understand
