quick question about gsr obd1

Default quick question about gsr obd1

i wanted to know does my 94 gsr has a knock sensor because im getting code 23 (knock Sensor) i have a p72, the only reason im asking is because i've heard that some engines dont have it especially if there OBD1

Yes it has a knock sensor.

im pretty sure all obd1+ dohc vtec engines had a knock sensor..
maybe jdm obd1 engines dont?

replace the knock sensor if its bad, if its not the sensor check the wiring going from the ECU to the sensor. Its a red/blue wire btw, sensor is on the back of the block.
