Im am looking to purchase a automatic 93 accord with 200+ miles on it. The owner said it was leaking power steering fluid pretty bad. Anyone know of any common problems to look for as far power steering leaks go? Any help is appreciated Thanks

 

It probably had a leaking power steering rack. But if the car is in good running shape it might be worth it if you can do the work yourself.

 

Thanks. he only wants $500 for the car and its in nice shape so i think it might be worth it either way, but i was just hoping to be able to identify the problem before i buy it.

 

Nobody on here has a crystal ball. You'll have to go look for it.
