Default running hot

i need some help guys i just swapped out my 1998 h22a4 because i threw a rod and put in a 1999 h22a4 from an automatic car. it seems to be running really hot all the time though any ideas on what the problem may be. thanks for the help.

check to see if your upper and lower hoses are different temperaturs
