well its a d15b7, the crank pulley came off due to the key that holds it in place coming out and sh*t, and basically all the belts fell off

i got a new balancer and key n sh*t on there, and hooked up the alternator belt, jump started the car and it ran find, then i turned it back off, tooked up the power steering belt, cut the ac belt and jumped it again, and it started

then i started puttin sh*t away, and well i guess i had a "brain fart" or something but i really dont remember if i turned the car off, but when i checked again it was off, im 70% sure i didnt turn it off, but regardless, when i tryd starting it again it didnt start so i put the jumper cables back on and it wouldnt start
i let it charge up for 5 min and tried again

the lights didnt dim or anything to indicate low electrical power
it just turnes over and wont start, the belts all turn, checked the dist and it spins

i kno theres a big change it could be just any random thing, but i figure id ask in case there are common problems in this type of situation- any suggestions are welcome


edit: o yeah, im pretty dam sure its completly irrelavent but theres no power steering in the res.


i tried to start it, and it gets no spark, rotor spins, out of the dist. the fat black w/yello stripe wire gets voltage..skinny blue one doesnt

no check engine light, not sure what else i should check...but other ppl been telling to replace the ignitor and or coil

is that true??

 

checked your fuses?

like i said its my moms car, so it was treated great and i also had a problem with the harmonic balancer b4 it stopped starting...i dunno if thats a factor in this case??

 

i would perform a coil and igniter test and also dbl check the timing marks just in case it jumped a tooth from the pulley coming off their is so many ways this could go.
