My UK 93 Civic LSi is all sweet except the 'butterfly head' of the adjusting bolt on the power steering pump snapped off and I can't rotate the bolt with vice pliers as it seems to be seized. It is not a major problem as the pump is still held in place by the main bolts but it would be nice to sort out.

Any ideas how to get this bolt out? Heat?
