Want to take racing classes.. but..
Was thinking about taking my car out to learn how to race, a track day or something. There's a place that does classes in my area (http://www.proformanceracingschool.com/) for $400-500..
But, my car is a 98 accord.. at least it's a v6 coupe, but it's an automatic. I could also take my gf's 00 civic. Would I just be embarrassed bringing one of these to a track?
Assuming so, what's an inexpensive car (<$15k?) that would be good for a beginner? I was considering something like a mini cooper s.

Ya defiantly get some time in and see how you like it!!! But a good car to start with would be a project you build for exactly what you want!! Like a civic, or acura. Maybe even an accord.
Also cars that are already at the track ten to be built a little more
they will smoke!...
