Default newbie/belt replacement on '98 accord

Greetings... new owner of a '98 Accord EX here. I have a significant squeak coming from either the power steering or AC/Alternator belt. I suspect the latter, but will probably replace both.

I am going off the Honda factory manual, which mentions adjusting the tension but not changing the whole belt, that I can find anyway. Can I do this just by taking the tension off and then removing/replacing the belt and retightening? or is there another process I have to do?

Thanks in advance.

That's it. Loosen the old belt, pull it off, put new one on, and tension.
