Dude you can find H3 heads all over eBay and classified forums. doing a swap would, I think, be too much for you right now.

What's wrong with the existing head? Does it just need new valves? You can put on a H22 or older F-series head, but it requires a little extra work. There are some hybrid-engine threads on here, check the FAQ.
