IF someone tries to break into your car via that method, yes it will work.
BUT there are many other ways to break into a honda. (unfortunatly)
IMO, pull the door panel and look at the setup, it's pretty easy to make your own that will prevent other forms of unwanted entry as well.

Eevrytime I order from them something goes wrong and the last time I ordered, they told me after 3 weeks that the part I ordered is not in stock... I already expected it for a car show since they said "order shipped"....
