my friend has an 01 itr that was a previous theft recover......it is hard wired to obd1 ...could he just get a boomslang conversion harness and run a ctr ecu {just sittin around}..or a p73?? if he ran the ctr ecu should he just turn up the fuel pressure a bit ?? thanx people ....ps ...i dont think ive ever posted because searching has always answered my questions but this time i thought id ask the guru's

 

do it the right way and run a p73. check out rywire...

i also have a 00 p73 ..but it has the immobilizer in it and will not fire the car..time to search about immobilizer i guess...the ctr ecu would start the car but not turn on the fuel pump

 

i have a JDM P73 non-immobilizer ECU. its OBD2A. but i also have a jumper that goes to OBD2B. pm me if interested.

 

managed to de immobilize my 00 p73 with the help of ...search ....thank you honda tech ..problem solved
