Might sound like a stupid question, but did you press the START button?

I actually heard of people with your same situation and that turned out to be the problem...

OP, describe what is heppeneing...are all your gauges powering on and the radio coming on?i am thinking it could be a loose ground...maybe a start switch or a starter selenoid. (Have had all these go bad on my other cars)

The fuses for the stating circuits are under the hood so I'd start there. If those check out, then check the ones in the car. And if THOSE check out behind the drivers kick plate (the one with the fuse cover in it) is one of the starter relay wires. Its a 12 gauge(thicker then most of the other wires) black wire with a white strip. Put a volt meter on it and check to see if its getting power when you press the start button. If you have voltage then It's more then likely your starter. If no power its you ignition wiring. Happy hunting!
