Default Replacing ball joint

I need my ball joint replaced badly... my tire leans towards motor when i make a turn... stupid speed bumbs, hit a big one at night going about 50-60 miles an hour.
I went to few shops and they all are pushing over 500 bucks to fix that [labor and all that good stuff] but i know if you got the tools its like 30 minute job. What exact tools do I need to replace it?

A bfh to get it done in 1 hour time. Or a c-clamp that you can rent at autozone to get it done in 20 mins.

Here's a diy guide by autozone. All ball joints are pretty much the same.

I just did this, but the knuckle was off the car. I rented the autozone clamp but couldn't get it to fit in there perfectly, cuase the hub, I think, was in the way or something like that. I ended up hammering the old one out which destroyed the threads, but who cares, cause it's broken anyways. The opening was lightly sanded to get rid of any rust or debris, wiped, and greased. I then TAPPED the new one in, only hammering on the edges and NOT hard. I didn't put any dents in it and it went in without any problems. Just be patient. Good luck.

having a simular problem with mine, theres a popping sound when i'm slowing down coming to a stop, not when turning. It does this about half the time when stopping, balljoints dont look too good, would replacing the whole upper arm with new joints be easier, like skunk2 camber kit for example

unless you absolutely need the custom angles that a skunk2 upper arm allows just go with oem. I am going to replace my uppers with a moog oem replacement. That is much easier than just replacing the ball joint too.
