i cant seem to turn on the cruise control. the cruise control light on the dash doesnt even light up. any help would be useful

well i checked fuses is there anything i can check?

 

i checked looked around a little more an i found the the second throttle cable disconnected. hooked it back up and it still doesnt work. any ideas what it could because i drive nearly 60 miles a day and it sucks not having cruise control
