For guys that do it all the time, that's really nothing. These guys are trained for the worse and they even know how to fall off the bike correctly to prevent any serious injury to themselves. But they train and train for these occasions and sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. It's all about quick judgement, balance, a sense of origin, and quick reflexes. Mad Skills!

 

yall take heed from that video its not as hard as yall are making it out to be.....i did that the other day and saved my *** on a group ride. hunch up on the tank when the bike goes slappy like that. its a good idea.....you'd be surprised how much of this is almost instictual.... what ever you do react!
