Even in that link, with all the other parts, the entire block is under $1900. Look at the blue prices, where is says "our price" not "list price"
If you're willing to spend that much money, why don't you buy a used B20 and have it sleeved? It will cost you about 1300-1600, plus you will have everything else that doesn't come with the dart block such as the oil tube, oil baffle, oil pan, mount brackets, etc.
