Default Pro S coilovers for 02-04 RSX Type S concern

I just completed the install and the performance is really great considering how much I paid for them. $750 shipped. My problem with them though is that even with the height adjusting perches all the way down the fron still sits like an inch off the tread. I wanted to tuck at least half an inch if that but im stuck!!! Any suggestions??? Would it hurt to take out the helper spring?? Thanks in advance

lol. Maybe he wants the car to handle even worse.

Zero suspension travel = FTW!

I have Raze r-74 17x7 with 225/40/17 tires and no lip kit. Come on now I dont want it to handle worse...I just want a more aggressive look and I was wondering why it wouldnt drop more than that??? Its still an inch above the tire...looks like a freakin monster truck!

I suggest that you take a look at the FAQ sticky (suspension topics). You bought the wrong car if you want a slammed ride.

Dont want it slammed!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want it to look more aggressive. I have seen plenty of type s' that look sick as hell without being slammed!

And they all handle like crap. You gotta choose...you want a car with suspension travel that rides/handles well, or do you want a car that's low, looks good, yet rides/handles like crap.

You can't have both with this chassis. Any lowering over 1.3"-1.5" and suspension geometry goes to hell.

Wish we could dump the ep3 and dc5 and still have good handling.
