Alrighty I've been doing alot of searching and have found many threads talking about this but i still seem to be a bit confused.
The basics:
-5th gen prelude
-swapped in jdm h22a
-using usdm harness with obd2-obd1 conversion harness and chipped p28
So my dilemma is that i switched all the parts over to the new motor but forgot to switch over the oil pump cover and the 2 sensors that I need, and I don't have the time nor energy to go back and get these sensors off considering they aren't exactly easy to get to, especially since the engine is now in the car bolted up and ready to go. However I have become aware that the jdm distributor that came with this motor already has these sensors built in. So i want to try to make the jdm internal coil dizzy work on my car.

I have found this write-up which explains how to wire up something similar but it talks about external coil dizzys not internal like the jdm one I'm trying to use.
Anyone have any solid info on how to do this properly?

I've read about that as well. But is it really worth it? I just need to know how to wire this distributor into my existing harness so the car can read those sensors, which is the single reason why my car isn't running...
Well if you do that you don't have to worry about adapting the wires that go to the US external coil and can just focus on getting CKP/TDC to where they need to be.
