HELP! Rebuilt Engine Wont Start!
So i just did a major overhaul of the top end and refreshed most of my engines gaskets, sensors, hoses, new IM, intake, radiator, new battery, and had to redo some of the wiring to the ecu and vtec solenoid. But now i have a problem that the car wont start. I turn the key in the ignition and all that happens is the gauges light up, radio turns on and my abs motor turns on. The fuel pump does not turn on, the starter doesnt turn over, and there is also no sound from the injectors.
Possible culprits that i have thought about are:
My soldering job on the ecu wires are not done correctly causing a short. (the wires had to be reconnected after previous owner did hack job at installing VAFC)
The battery terminals are not grounding or properly allowing the juice to flow. (New Odyssey was put in and had issue then swapped old batt in to check same thing) Replaced Neg. cable and have new fittings for positive.
And most likely the LoJack that is "installed" in the car finally triggered after a year and a half of owning the car and has now locked the car. How do i know if this is the case? Of course the owner didnt give me any clicker or paperwork for it so i dont have an easy way of locating and turning it off. (cant jump the starter because fuel pressure and timing are not set)
And last somewhere there is a ground that isnt grounding and has screwed everything up!
Someone let me know cause i want to go rip on this puppy!!!

Well because ive been staring at the thing for the whole day and ive trouble shoot everything that i could think of and i thought the lovely people on this forum could waft some of my brain fart away
I would go back and make sure the wiring for the ecu was good. Re-solder if you need to, but make sure it's perfect so you eliminate that as a possible problem, them work from there.

First the year of the car. We know its a teg. Second lo-jack is not a alarm. So I rule that out first. It will not kill power to anything on the car. Since you said the car won't crank or nor fuel pump prime. There might be a big ground issue that your having. Is the ground to the termostate housing there? and the ground on the tranney?
