Default Rear Door Panel Removal

I'm trying to get into the inner workings of my passenger rear door to check out what's causing some hideous streaking on my rear window because whenever I roll my window its leaves residue all over the window. So far it's already scratched my tint.

Question: are the internal panels only held in with fasteners that I can just pry from the door, or are there screws in some hidden compartments? It was dark when I had finished washing my car, and didn't examine the door closely. Any pointers would be very much appreciated.

I don't know anything about the rear door since I drive a coupe and all, but maybe this will help:

no need to remove it. when you roll the window all the way down look down where the glass goes into the door and youll see 2 strips with some carpet type stuff. it usually gets dirty.

^I already cleaned those strips. From the looks of the streaks, its coming from deeper in the door.

there is a screw in the armrest, and check the handle. Just wait for the sticky mess that they use to hold that pastic on the door once you get the doorpanel off.

ps. be careuful with the clips that hold the inner handle's cable to the doorpanel. They are not that strong.

Are you referring to the coupe's door or the sedan's?
