okay my wife has a 2001 Accord dx... the ac is acting up .. Compressor turns off and on , on its own.. SO i thought it was low on Free-on so i put some in.. Well the problem is still the same, turns on , and then a few second later (or minutes) turns off.. What can it be its drving me crazy!!!!ITS SOO HOT HERE IN MIAMI

 

usually that means there is some moisture in the system. it goes on and off becuase the lines are frezzing then thawing. or maybe a thing called a thermocon which is a little sensor when those go bad the ac turns on and off on and off
