integra rear disc on 90 ef (e-brake)
hey i got a integra rear disc conversion on my 90 crx. i need the cables for it i have a 89 crx si i was wondering if i can use the cables off that or do i need them off a integra. help
the cables from the integra will be to long. you should use the ones off a crx. it's not like the cables wouldn't work, but you will have to find a way to hide and secure the extra cable length. and keep it away from the suspension, exhaust, etc. good luck.
all the write-ups on disc swaps say that for crx's use the crx cables and for civics use the integra cables. but with the longer integra cables on the shorter crx chassis, you end up with some extra cable hanging around.
on a disk swap on a crx use the 91 crx si hand brake cables.
on a disck swap on a hatch you have to use the integra cables.
I've got both versions a hatch and a crx and these are the cables I used.
on a disck swap on a hatch you have to use the integra cables.
