Anyone know if at some point during the 04 run, Honda updated the transmissions? I looked up the vehicle by VIN on hondalink and the only recall was some sort of SRS sensor. Which was completed. However there is no mention of a trans recall. So just curious if they somehow remedied the issues with the 1-2 gear packs getting too hot? Also checked on the trans and did not see a supplemental jet in place of the Trans Fluid fill hole.

Anyhow just wondering if anyone knew anything about these transmissions.

That's the one, they must have updated the transmission internally. The vin for this car is 2,000 units later in 04.
