CBR 600 rrs are awesome as long as you have an aftermarket exhaust. Im sorry but the stock exhaust on the 05-07 cbr 600 rr just looks too much like an anus.

Funny you mentioned it again. My brother bought a new 08RR and was trying to get a good break in with it. Well he has kids and rides very limited. He said i could break it in for him. Well he had it for about a month and had about 300 miles on it. After i gave it back to him riding 2 days he had a lil over 1400miles. He was like "where the FK did you go?" I said well i thought you wanted me to break it in for you.

No track time yet. But I heard its fun. Maybe next year.

After riding a for long periods of time your body gets use to it. One time we started at 10am and rode till 11pm. (Not continuosly though) I think that was one day i spent about $100 in gas riding all over the states(MO/KS)

I don't. i just ride my own ride. I have no plans for it. I already went down last month on it. I had to have 2pins inserted into my right-thumb for dislocation and torn liagment. But next year my plan is to get an 08R1 or 08 1000RR. Probably make the 600 into a track bike.

Its funny how here people can't seem to ride for a long time. But the local people i ride with has put way more miles than I have. I thought I rode alot but they've put more miles then I have.

Sorrie brO if you can't handle the SS riding and you can only ride 10miles a day. I am an avid ride and can ride all day if i could. I've rode in the rain and in 30 degree temperature. Some rider won't even ride if the temp is not over 70.

You ride your own ride and I will ride mines.

For your information, I rode to San Fransico and back this summer, I think I know a thing or two about riding all day.

http://www.advrider.com/forums...66117

To ride 1400 miles in two days, lets assume an average of 700 miles a day. The msot efficient way to cover distance is on the interstate, on which you can ride pretty fast without stopping very often. Now, our average speed on the cross country trip, with stops factored in an all of that, was around 40mph. For the sake of argument, lets say you averaged 60mph, an incredible feat, requiring you either never stop in the duration of 700 miles (you need to refuel) and go 60mph, or you make stops every 100 or so miles, which is pretty long to be in the saddle, especially a supersport. To compensate, let's say you're riding 80mph with stops to take a leak and gas up every now and then. Then a 60mph average is doable.

700 miles/60mph = about 11 hours and 40 minutes.

You're one hell of a rider to ride 80+mph on the freeway for almost 12 hours at a time on a supersport seat. My hat's off to you sir.

theres some crazy people out there. one of the guys on advrider did 1000 miles in 15 hours on a stock zrx1200 seat and those seats are horrible. i seriously think my 07 600rr seat is better.

i did like 200 miles today with percocet and my *** and back started to struggle but im recovering from cancer, broken back, broken wrist, broken elbow, am i missing anything...
