that was sick! came across this badass k20a2 crx... stomping on some b series ftw

 

9400 rpm WOW

 

I wonder what kind of gears are in that tranny to be able to go 230mph

Did he hit the brakes or what? Screw that, I'd coast until 100 mph or so since it's not pavement.

I'm not normally one for top speed (or straight line racing, for the matter) but that looked like a ton of fun.

Im sure its a custom transmission but a stock 5-speed can be modded to hit 260+mph with a 9400 rpm redline, 4.0 final drive and tsx 6th gear.

 

damn, that doesn't look very streetable.

Edit: I would have pinched a hole in my seat if that happened to me.

 

An RSX would be ripped to pieces at those speeds if it could ever do that in a real-world application, which it would not. Completely unstable.

Pointless. Just like a lowrider dually truck.
