Clutch for zc tranny
My buddy is lookin into getting a zc tranny for his zc motor. What I need to know it what clutch does he need for the zc tranny. And also do you need different axels. Thanks. The car is a 88 crx si.
No, stock axles won't work. The bore on the differential is larger than the CRX/Civic. It has the same bore as the Integra axles. Use a ZC intermediate shaft and 90-93 Integra axles. Also the clutch depends on the year, it's the same as the US trans, the 88 ZC has the 21 spline shaft and the 89-up has the 20 spline shaft.
I thought it went this way 88 - 20 spline and 89-91 were 21 spline? ur gunna have to get the tranny, and then clutch so U can match it up, one
