in need of help right now. college just started. and my car started to act up.

i drive a 91 civic sedan. ive done the wire tuck about almost a year ago. everything is done clean. just yesterday i was at a friends house til about 12 midnight. i was going home and i signal right and i hear the tic tic tic but it doesnt show it on my cluster with the green arrow. when signaling right my tach/clock all goes the up and down with the same rhythm as the tic tic tic. i go outside and look at the lights when signaling and the right side lights just dim, bright, dim, bright etc. it doesnt do off/on/off/on like its suppose to do.

then i notice my fuel gauge goes past empty. i checked the fuse which is a 10 (red) and its blown. slot is the turn signals. i replace with a spare and blows that as well along with 2 more.

so today i took my front bumper off and all my corner lights rechecked my wires for loose ground on the wire or if positive is touching negitive. all is good. i go and turn the right signal back on, same problem..

im out of ideas and im hoping the Lighting forum could help on this one. i dont want to be followed by cops and pass my turn cause i cant signal right (which there are 2 right turns and cops are chillen on the hills.)
