Default RIMS HELP!!!!!!

Does n e 1 have a step by step write up on how polish the lip on wheels? I got rims from a friend of mine and the lips needs to be sanded and polished back because the clear on the lip is striping.

i have never done it before, but i have polished other things. tape off the area you don't want to sand. then, you wetsand it. depending on how bad the condition is, start with 400 and then move onto 1000 and then for a mirror finish, finish it with something like 2000 or higher.
