Default ? ABOUT INGALLS TORQUE DAMPER

do any of you's think it's necessary to get a torque damper for a 97 prelude.
all i have done to it rite now is dc sport headers & exhaust and aem cold air intake.
i've heard that it is some thing worth buying but i'd rather ask you guys first to c what u's think. i can get one for $145 shipped. help me out

I notice a lot smoother shifts at higher rpms, you can actually feel the stiffness of the damper out of gears. Here is an older pic, torque damper much needed now.
