Default H23A1 to F22A1, a few questions.

Basically I want to know if it's a straight drop in. This is for my Dad's car and he just wants it running so he can get to work so please don't say "put an H22 in it." The H23 spun a main bearing so he's done with the H23's and wants to find a cheap replacement and I know the Prelude S came with F22A1's. So what I need to know is if it is a direct drop in or do we need the wiring harness? I know we will need the motor and all the goodies on it and the ecu. Is there anything else? The car is a 93 Si 4WS. Any help is greatly apperciated.
