no port and polish, these have brand new rocker arms, Supertech dual springs/ titanium retainers, b17a cams, springs/retainers installed by Rick Kemp former owner of Portflow. Found out those cams were stock b17a int/exh cams. Still has the Supertech springs, ti retainers, and brand new rocker arms since I have the stock parts from Rick Kemp. I'm keeping the ctr intake and gsr exhaust cams unless I get a good offer.
