Default Are USDM ITR cams the same as Euro ITR cams?

I'm going to get ITR cams for my JDM SiVTEC (GSR) and wanted to know if Euro and USDm ITR cams are the same, as i dont want to raise my rev limit and i want to keep my stock valve train as theyre only new, so does anyone know for sure if the 2 are the same?
