MY BROTHER HAS A JDM TYPE-R MOTOR. HAS ISSUES WITH VTEC WORKING THATS HIS ISSUE. BUT THE MAIN PROBLEM IS ITS HAVIN G DRIVABILTY ISSUES IN NEUTRAL IT REVS FREELY BUT WHEN PLACE UNDER LOAD IT BREAKS UP AND MISSES. I HAVE CHECKED EVRYTHING ON THAT CAR TEN TIMES OVER. BUT I THINK IS FAR MORE DEADLY THE PROBLEM WERE HAVING, HAS ANYONE EVER HAD AN PROBLEMS WITH ELECTRICAL IN THE CAR. IM THINKING THE INTERIOR HARNESS MIGHT BE FAULTY BUT I DON TKNOW CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

 

ok. could be a lot of things. gonna need more info. its a little vague.

so. try all your grounds. ALL of them. pull wiring around the engine bay and see if there is a loose connection. thats what got me when I thought it was the car harness.. same symptoms, NO Check Engine Light.. had a friend wiggly some of the engine harness around and figured out that an injector ground ungrounded itself from the injector clip. just one, and for no apparent reason, it just did it whenever throwing off everyone I knew.

 

you havent checked everything 10 times or you would of found it ten times, spray some water on the plug wires and see if they are arching, dont forget to check down the holes under the covers
