Default E-Brake Light

When starting my 99 Accord 1st thing in the morning the E-brake light on the instrument cluster stays on (even when the E-brake is not engaged). Where is the switch for this light? Can it be easily tested?

It also tells you when your brake fluid is low (I think).

mine does the same ... my fluid is fine so are my bulbs ... it only does it after the car has been off for a couple of hours and then it goes away ... its annoying but im not worried about it
