it has already been done on a K-series valve cover almost a year ago. i think its been stripped since

That's probably not going to happen, seeing as it's not a common paint scheme for valve covers (or for anything car-related, really).

I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you. I don't have a write up, but I can tell you there's 10-12+ hours of taping, cutting, painting, etc. there.

save you a lot of time if you just made stencils instead of taping.
