Default 94-01 Door panel inserts, How do u remover?

Just as the topic states. I just got a set of black door panels and Im interested in removing the door panel inserts and recovering them in some other type of material than the faded clotch. Anyone done this?

here is how to remove the entire panel. Once your behind the insert you should see how to remove them. I've never removed the insert before though so im not sure.

Getting the door panel off is nothing. But once its off it seems like the insert is actually a molded piece with the actual panel.

seems u have 2 options. 1st been just going right over top of the old material and tucking the new into the crease. 2ns being cuttin the insert out with a dremel tool .Resurafcing it and then epoxying it back together when ur done.

you dont have to remove the panel to take it of, it is just glue on. All you have to do is just pull it off, It is that simple.
