What are the best tires for 175/70-13????

Please help. Because I this got new Yokohama AVID Touring tires and there good but they tend to slip alout when i'm goin in an turn at an high speed. Now my brother told me there it nothing I can do about that I this have to buy bigger rims????? Is that true, and if it is can someone tell me of an 15inch rims that looks stock?
