Default eg si seats on a 89 crx si: need help.

ok. so i have a driver side seat laying around and my crx seats are torn like crazy, covered with a tshirt.
and i was reading the FAQ: seat swap and it only shows the integra seats which involves removing the foam and the backrest frame, etc.

now my question is, is there any other possible way to switch my crx seats to an eg ones without tearing the seat apart?

and if anything ill switch the pans.
i just dont wanna pull the seat apart cause its fresh, and really dont wanna do anything 'custom' [weld, bolt on custon rails, etc.]

anyone got experience on this?

let me know.
thanks.

I don't think you can even switch the pans. you might be able to get generic racing seat rails and mount the civic seats to that.

that would be mad krispity crunchity minty phat freshness!

Default

if del sol seats are same as egs then this is what i did. i use the seat pan from the crx as well as all their components(rails, seatbelt locking thing), switch the lower cushion(the one u sit on) of the del sol to the crx pan and fasten that pan into the backrest of the del sol.so bascially that is the seat pan swap itself. but you dont have to remove n e thing from the back piece and head rest. i think this is your best bet since u already have donor seats and at the same time you have all 4 of your seat bolted on and full functional. hope u can understand what im tryin to say.
