no fire with 95 ls motor in a 94 car
we have a 94 ls integra we bought a 95 motor a complete swap with motor tranny wiring harness. we have it in and all but this plug pictured is plugged up

the motor turns over and we have fuel but we have no spark i have checked everything in the distributor all the crank, cam and tdc sensors all check out fine as well as the coil, igniter and icm.
the ignition signal wire that comes from the ecu has .008 volts when the engine is turning over when its not it reads .002 if i remember correctly. we have tracking down this ignition problem for 2 days now with no luck at all any help would be greatly appreciated.
a little additional info this car was boosted when we bought it with a cracked block it has been customized alot we have removed the alarm and everything that is not original. there was quite a few things tapped into the wiring harness on the ecu but nothing was cut its all been tapped but we have removed all of that as well im assuming it was for a safc. The old motor also had a msd ignition on it. that all seems irrelavent but it may be important i dont know..
thanks again for the help

after more research we have found that the plug that we have nothing for is actually in the 95 too. what we cant figure out is why does our 95 motor wiring harness not have the corresponding plug?
ok we just had an epiphany we think the car used to be an automatic and that is what that plug is for. but still the problem that we have is still we have no spark. and i dont think it is relative to that plug anymore. we are sitting here waiting for someone to offer a solution so we can get this thing running tonight
please help
please help
just an update we finally got it figured out we swapped the wiring harness that came with the new motor out for the one that was in the car and it fired up the first time. i have no idea why they were different but it worked
