Default crower stage 3 cams..do i just have to upgrade the valvetrain?

its a 93 lude swaped h23 bluetop vtec p13 ecu,.. Ok i was looking around and cant find the answer.. If i get the stage 3 cams is the valvetrain and valves the only thing i have to up grade? or would i have to do pistons and junk? and whats claying the motor?? i heard people talking about that when doing big cams.. Or can i just keep stock valves and do springs and retainers and be ok?? Just need a little advice...

Thanks...- Frank

yes thats all you will need to upgrade...if i was at it i would put high compression pistons in it as well but thats just me..as for claying the motor:

I for one am not sure it's a good idea to put in a cam that has to rev so high to make power into the h23, even in the vtec form that engine is only designed to spin to 7200 or so, so an 8000+ rpm cam isnt going to see its full potential without risking a spun bottom end or possibly snapped crank.
