Default Sloppy linkage.. where to find a new sleeve?

My shifter is so sloppy loose.. I was under the car and noticed on my hasport b series linkage, there is a pivot point just before the collar where the bitch pin is..
That swivelling joint has a metal pin that is crushed in so I will have to drill the head off or cut it off.. there used to be a plastic sleeve that went over the pin to make it solid in the pivot joint, now after 2 years it has completey worn down to nothing but metal.
Is there a place that sells replacements? or what?
