I've searched and only found people using D16Z6 and Y8 heads... Is it possible to run D15B VTEC head/Camshaft on a D15B2 block? What will i need to be able to do this swap if possible? Just want to run it without VTEC on for now. Head on my car is dirty and valves stick and the d15b head is clean!

Yes i know DOHC is better, D16 is too... Blah Blah Blah.... I want a SOHC 1.5l vtec. Don't want to swap engines.

 

A d15b head is basically a z6 head. You will need to look up minime vtec. I think you can leave the timing belt the same but you need to do a few other things to make it work.

Didn't know that.. and i've seen a lot of mini-me articles... This is information they need to add in there...
On another note does a Sedan bumper filler fit on a hatch?

 

I know for a fact it will not. I tried about 2 weeks ago.

 

What Distributor do i use? D15 Distributor, or a D16 Distributor.
Going to run a PM6 /w VAFC 2.
