Im stuck i need to buy a engine wiring harness for my 89 civic dx with an od0 ls swap. Which harness should i buy?

 

You always match the harness to the car NOT the motor. You use the Cars engine harness then swap it over for the motor, like for the LS motor you are going to have to do the wiring for DPFI to MPFI.

 

thanks i asked cause my car(shell) didnt even come with the dx harness and i had a 91 da one but that was not gonna work without extensive rewiring. If i find an 89-91 crx/civic si harness first will that still work with the dx shell and ls motor.

 

You will have to get a dx harness if you have a dx. You will have to do a dpfi to mpfi conversion for it to work on the ls.
