I retrofitted my ac to 134a today. My compressor still does not come on and the blue light in the dash still does not come on. I know from reading that I can run some wire to my compressor to see if it is good. How do I do this and where do I run the wire from what to what? Please help, thank you!

 

just run your own power and ground to the compressor and see if it turns on

 

from the battery? Also how much r134 does my 89 civic take?

 

yeah from the battery. and as far as how much freon. i dont know mines been converted but the car is not at my house so i cant go look really quick
