I wouldnt be surprised if someone makes a knockoff lip just like that instead of a whole bumper.

There's actually already a bumper like this. I know I've found it for sale online before too. It doesn't come with a lip, so you can add whichever one you want.

The owner of the maroon sedan posted below actually made the front bumper by molding two bumpers together. Some are aftermarket though.

Let me see if I can figure out where it was sold again.

Most of Europe is about 3 years behind the times as far as the import scene.

They're in style in Europe and to some other people. He was already told that people in the US don't like them, but I don't think he really cares.
